Shipping & Delivery: Because snowcheckdirect.com allows you to pre-purchase a 2012 snowmobile only a deposit amount is collected on the website. Because of this unique business model no purchases on snowcheckdirect.com will be shipped to the customer unless otherwise specified. After your purchase we will follow up with you via email or phone to discuss any additional options, clarify any questions and discuss the process for receiving your new snowmobile once they have arrive at our dealership. Privacy & Security: SnowCheckDirect.com and Rexburg Motor Sports, LLC are committed to protecting online user privacy. We have spared no expense in technology to ensure your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best solutions available to encrypt and protect your data. We collect the email address, shipping addresses including relevant phone and credit card numbers and expiration dates from our customers that make a purchase or become members on our websites. We also collect email addresses when you email questions, submit reviews or make a comment. To update or delete Information previously provided or to have your name removed from mailing lists or other distribution lists, edit your account profile or email us a info@snowcheckdirect.com. We may disclose information to third parties if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property or safety of ourselves or others. We may disclose information to a third party in the event of an acquisition in whole or any part of its assets. We may share your information with other companies in order to provide you with a special offer or promotion that we think you will find valuable unless you tell us you don’t want to. Returns & Replacements: Because snowcheckdirect.com allows you to pre-purchase a 2012 snowmobile only a deposit amount is collected on the website. Because of this unique business model no deposits taken on snowcheckdirect.com will be refunded unless for manufacturer defect that is not replaceable by the manufacturer. Once we receive your deposit we place an order for this limited supply of snowmobiles directly with the manufacturer. Your deposit is sent to the manufacturer to begin production of your new snowmobile for delivery later in the year. Defective products are warrantied by the manufacturer, not snowcheckdirect.com or Rexburg Motor Sports, LLC. Returns, replacement and repair are subject to the approval of the manufacturer. Additional charges are not refundable by snowcheckdirect.com or Rexburg Motor Sports, LLC.
Ordering: The order process is quite simple. You pay a $500 deposit on any of these pre-release snowmobiles to allow the manufacturer to begin production. Upon delivery of the snowmobile you are responsible for the remaining balance for the unit along with any additional costs that may be needed. Examples of additional costs would include but not be limited to, freight fees, documentation fees, licensing fees, setup fees and any advanced configuration request you have made.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Retailers like snowcheckdirect.com and Rexburg Motor Sports, LLC have the legal right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how those prices may be communicated. Because our price on this item is lower than the manufacturer's "minimum advertised price," the manufacturer does not allow us to show you our price until you take further action, such as placing the item in your shopping cart, requesting a quote or in some cases, proceeding to the final checkout stage. The steps required depend on the details of the manufacturer's minimum advertised price policy. Taking these steps allows us to show you our price consistent with our goal of always offering you the best deal. This won't require you to purchase the product. You can easily remove it from your cart if you decide not to buy it. We realize that this is an inconvenience and are regularly working to educate manufacturers on how their policies impact our customers.
Viewing Orders: To view your order, just click on Log In under Your Account and login. There you will find out information on your orders. Also feel free to call our dealership at 208-356-4000 and ask for our Internet Sales Department.
Updating Account Information: Keep your profile current! If you get a new sled, let us know about it. Update your account information under Your Account and Log In. Every year we get new pre-release snowmobiles so check back often and we will keep you up to date.
